Elevated Dining Style

We’re fans of These Creatures, a small company in Seattle that designs and handcrafts steel diners for pets (and leash/coat hooks, and some other handy things like charging docks).  Their designs are refreshing.  No paw prints or bones here; instead, warblers and squirrels and goldfish, or nicely rendered images of popular dog breeds.  Or in this case, a lattice design inspired by woodwork seen perhaps in temples in Asia.  The ‘nude’ stainless steel option is brand-new.  Isn’t it beautiful?  Pictured on a Chilewich Bone Pet Mat.  Both items, exclusively at The Fish & Bone in Boston.  They’ll also be on our soon-to-launch website so stay tuned!

About Kathy Palmer

I grew up in NJ and Belgium and eventually settled in Portland, ME. Until missing the big city, which inspired a return to Boston in 2010, and the opening of Fish & Bone on Newbury Street. Fish & Bone and its original sibling store Fetch (est. 2000) bring together some of the things I love the most: animals, real food, great design, having an impact, the natural world, urban life, creative solutions, good community, and a good laugh. Zip is all pug, but I'm a cultural mutt.
