Here’s our action plan to keep the supplies you need flowing, safely. As the covid-19 situation develops, please check back for updates:
– Our operating hours remain the same, and we’re still receiving all the inventory we need to keep your pantries stocked
– We encourage you to take us up on free deliveries (min. $50, within 5 miles). Use our free service and we bring your supplies right to your doorstep. Set up a one-time or automatic repeat order online, by phone, by email or in person. Did you catch that it’s FREE?
– Many customers are choosing to order a couple of extra weeks of food, litter and other supplies just in case. If you’d like to stock up too, just reach out by ordering online, or call or email our Portland delivery team or our Boston delivery team…we’ll get you what you need and even deliver it for free
– We’re regularly sanitizing all surfaces, particularly those that get touched most often: door knobs, racks, phones, freezer door handles, keyboards, scanners, counters
– We’ve set up multiple self-serve disinfecting stations with disinfectant spray and paper hand towels for customers to use
– Please help yourselves to tissues! We’ve placed them around the store. Once used, please dispose of them in one of the hands-free, closed trash cans made available
– All of our employees are trained to follow CDC’s recommended practices to stop the spread of germs
– If our store hours become temporarily restricted, we’ll expand our delivery days to meet our customers’s pet supply needs, and we’ll keep you informed via our Facebook pages for our Portland and Boston stores, and our website
